Hot Stone Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment which can be beneficial especially for people who are in a lot of pain who would not be able to bear the rigours of a normal deep tissue massage. 

During the massage I use the heated stones perform the massage using various techniques including, kneading, vibrations, effleurage.
