Arrow Breaks

Arrow breaking is an exercise used to help you break through limiting beliefs which are holding you back from reaching your full potential, it involves placing the point of a cedar target arrow against the soft hollow in the throat above the collar bones.

By first envisioning your limiting belief being contained within the structure of the arrows shaft, next think on what you can used to break through that limiting belief, love, courage, strength. Focus on this and take that first step forward onto your new path, break through, open that door.
